The Platform is owned and operated by Gracyhub E-commerce Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 1st Floor, H.No. 2-3-73/203, F.No. 101, Satya Nagar Colony, Uppal, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Telangana – 500039 (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

4. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

  • Prices for products/services are listed on the Platform and are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Platform Owner without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made using authorized payment methods as available on the Platform.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Requests for cancellation must be made within 10 days of placing the order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery at the doorstep in such cases.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Refunds: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days through the original payment method.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: In case of a damaged or defective product, notify our customer support team within 10 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

6. Data Protection and Retention

  • Your personal data will be collected, processed, and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Platform Owner shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or network outages.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.
